North Northamptonshire Council, as the planning authority, has recently carried out a statutory consultation on the area that is intended to be covered by the central Kettering neighbourhood plan. That process closed on 3rd October, with no objections received. (We have left the links in so you can see what was being asked)

NNC have now made an order designating the plan area and it is set out in the document below.
