Scenic race will take in local sights

Runners in Kettering can sign up to a brand-new race with a scenic route taking in the town centre and Boughton House.

Participants in the half marathon will start at Wicksteed Park, heading into the town centre and then the grounds of Boughton House, before finishing back at Wicksteed.

Locally-brewed beer is fit for a Mayor

The Mayor of Kettering is raising funds during his year with a specially-brewed beer.

Called "Worship" the ale has been created by Kettering's Potbelly Brewery and will be available throughout Cllr Craig Skinner's year in office.
